Carlsbad City Library Celebrates 10th Anniversary of ‘Science Saturday’

Carlsbad CA— The City of Carlsbad is hosting a Science Saturday 10th Anniversary Celebration on October 21, 2017 at Carlsbad City Library, located 1775 Dove Lane. The community is invited to celebrate a decade of science, technology, engineering, arts and math (S.T.E.A.M.) programing at the library with special guests, exhibits and activities. The event runs from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is free.

At a Glance

  • The Science Saturday 10th Anniversary Celebration is on Saturday, Oct. 21 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Carlsbad City Library, located 1775 Dove Lane.
  • The event is open to school aged children (grades K+). Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Participants will enjoy hands on S.T.E.A.M. activities and exhibits by community partners, including a display of lunar samples brought back from the moon by astronauts.
