Oceanside CA- If you want to get some surfing in, best do it today. The weather service is giving us a 50% chance of 1-3 inches of rain tomorrow which will be washing months of dust, dirt and trash into the ocean making the water quality unsafe for several days.
Big Wednesday Series at the Surf Museum
The discussion of his new book “Tribe of the Waves” by surfer Ignatio “Nacho” Felix Cota scheduled for Wednesday, October 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the California Surf Museum, has been cancelled and no new date has been set.
Although the rain we may or may not get is predicted to last until late Thursday morning, no changes have been announced for the Senior Expo set for the 10th as the Oceanside Chamber will hold the Oceanside Senior Expo – Active Lifestyles event at Oceanside Civic Center Plaza. For 14 years, the City of Oceanside has held a Senior Expo to highlight products and services available to our senior community. The Chamber plans to continue this important community tradition in providing access to valuable resources, products and activities geared toward the senior market.
