Rucker, Hayes on Grandstand Stage at Fair

Del Mar CA – The San Diego County Fair, presented by Albertsons/Sav-on, grandstand entertainment beginning with acts that include Darius Rucker, Hunter Hayes, a comedy performance from Jeff Dunham, and a legend of Norteño music, Ramón Ayala.

The 2014 San Diego County Fair’s Toyota Summer Concert series on the Heineken Grandstand Stage features sensational first-class family entertainment through July 6. Many shows are free with Fair admission, a limited number of reserved seats are for sale to all free shows. Certain shows offer a Fair VIP dinner package presented by ARCO in the Grandstand’s famed Turf Club. Tickets for paid shows, dinner packages and reserved seats are available at the Del Mar Fairgrounds Box Office and through Ticketmaster (ticketmaster.com/venue/81980) or by calling 800-745-3000. Wednesday, June 18: Zendaya, free with Fair admission.

Thursday, June 19: Creedence Clearwater Revisited, free with fair admission; Fair VIP dinner package, presented by ARCO.

Friday, June 20: Smokey Robinson, free with Fair admission; Fair VIP dinner package, presented by ARCO.

Saturday, June 21: Toni Braxton & Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, paid show; Fair VIP dinner package, presented by ARCO.

Sunday, June 22: Grupo Intocable, free with Fair admission; paid floor, presented by MetroPCS.

Tuesday, June 24: Pentatonix, free with Fair admission.

Wednesday, June 25: DigiTour, free with Fair admission.

Thursday, June 26: The Fab Four, The Ultimate Tribute, free with Fair admission; Fair VIP dinner package, presented by ARCO.

Friday, June 27: Larry Hernández, free with Fair admission; paid floor, presented by MetroPCS.

Saturday, June 28: 10th Annual Gospel Festival featuring Fred Hammond, with Brent Jones, free with Fair admission. Show starts at 7 p.m.

Sunday, June 29: Espinoza Paz, free with Fair admission; paid floor, presented by MetroPCS

Tuesday, July 1: Huey Lewis and the News, free with Fair admission; Fair VIP dinner package, presented by ARCO.

Wednesday, July 2: REO Speedwagon with the Moderates, free with Fair admission; Fair VIP dinner package, presented by ARCO.

Thursday, July 3: Matisyahu, free with Fair admission.

Friday, July 4: America, plus The Navy Band Southwest featuring the largest Fireworks display in Southern California, free with Fair admission.

Saturday, July 5: Grand Funk Railroad, free with Fair admission.

Sunday, July 6: Ezequiel Peña, free with Fair admission, paid box and grandstand seating, presented by MetroPCS. This is a special Equestrian Show in the Del Mar Arena.

About the Del Mar Fairgrounds

The 22nd District Agricultural Association is a State of California agency that owns and operates the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Surfside Race Place, Horsepark Equestrian Center and the Del Mar Golf Center. The 22nd DAA produces four events each year: The San Diego County Fair, the Del Mar National Horse Show, Professional Bull Riding (PBR) and The Scream Zone.
