Oceanside CA— SpringHill Suites Oceanside presents “ArtNight,” an evening of creativity and inspiration for guests and the local community on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.. SpringHill Suites Marriott, Oceanside is located 110 North Meyers St.
Seven Southern California-based artists will showcase original artwork during the festive holiday event and attendees will have the opportunity to purchase the artwork for themselves or as holiday gifts.
Pedroncelli of Sonoma County will host a complimentary wine tasting and the hotel will offer a cash bar with all profits going to the property’s 4th quarter Dollars for Dream partner- North County Community Services.
The artist participating include: Raymond Schmidt – Photographer, Mathew Allen – Illustrator and Designer, Paul Ugie – Recycled Surfboard Sculptures, Courtney Davis – Photographer, Kelleen Macklin – Photographer, Frank Padaon – Photographer and Rebecca Baker – Multi Media Artist
ArtNight is a nationally recognized, award-winning program designed to give local artists visibility while exposing guests to the local art scene. More than 300 SpringHill Suites properties across the country are hosting their own “evening of inspiration” to celebrate local talent. Dollars for Dreams was launched by Sage Hospitality in July 2002. Initially the program allowed guests the option of contributing $1 for each night of stay, or any other specified amount, to a designated charity each quarter.
