SDSO Looking for Suspect who Exposed Himself to Child in San Marcos

San Marcos CA— On December 2, 2014, at about 08:05 a.m, a female juvenile was walking to San Marcos High School near S. Rancho Santa Fe Road at Las Cruces Avenue when she was approached by a male asking her for directions to Palomar College. The male was utilizing a map function on his cellular phone, which he was holding at waist level.

The victim attempted to assist by pointing to the location of the college on the cell phone, and realized the male was exposing himself below the waist. The victim fled the area and immediately reported the incident to the school administration, and then the Sheriff’s Department.

The suspect is described as a while male, between 20-30 years old, with short light-brown hair, between 5’8″ – 6’0″ tall, with a thin build. The suspect was described as wearing sunglasses, a black jacket and faded blue jeans.
