On January 16, 2015, guests will be invited to Chandler’s Restaurant to discover the regions where the resort’s Executive Chef, Pascal Vignau, was born and raised via a three-course French Country dinner.
Chef Pascal will pair his dishes, which run the gamut from crispy duck leg confit to artisan cheeses and meats, with wines from acclaimed vintner Gerard Bertrand.
Tickets are $45 and up, and reservations are required. Guests will also have the chance to purchase their favorite wine selections after the event.
