North County Gang Sweep and Probation Compliance Check

Fallbrook CA— Five people are under arrest following a gang sweep and probation check in Fallbrook, Bonsall, De Luz and Rainbow from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 25th. In total, 9 probationers were contacted. Three juveniles and one adult having gang restrictions were arrested. Another five probationers contacted were found to be in compliance.

Four probationers not contacted were found to be out of compliance and warrants will be issued for their arrests.

During a traffic enforcement stop, another subject was arrested for felony child endangerment and drunk driving. The subject was driving while intoxicated with his 6 year old daughter in the vehicle. The three juvenile suspects were taken to Juvenile Hall and the two adult suspects were taken to Vista Jail. Deputies, Juvenile and Adult Probation Officers looked for people on probation with gang restrictions.
