Carlsbad CA— CBRE announced the sale of BluWater Crossing a recently constructed Class A multifamily property located 6800 Embarcadero Lane in Carlsbad. Jim Neil, Kevin Mulhern, Dixie Hall, Eric Comer, Merrick Matricardi and Rachel Parsons of the CBRE Multifamily team represented the seller. The buyer, Pacifica Enterprises, a privately held and operated real estate investment company based in Rancho Santa Fe, California represented themselves in the transaction.
