Escondido CA— Early this morning, March 15, 2015 at about 6:28 am, officers from the Escondido Police Department were dispatched to the area of El Norte Pkwy and the Flood Control Channel regarding an unknown injury collision involving a solo vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and found a white Chevy Malibu had struck the concrete abutment for the bridge over-crossing.

As Bauer was not wearing a seatbelt, the resulting impact caused her to sustained significant injuries to her right leg and head. Bauer was transported to Palomar Hospital by Escondido Fire Medics for treatment. Bauer has a suspended driver’s license and a prior arrest for driving under the influence. There were no passengers in her car.

The traffic investigation is ongoing at this time and is being conducted by Officer Tyler Songer of the Traffic Division. Anyone with information on this case is encouraged to call Officer Songer at (760) 839-4454 .

  1. Dumb bitch lol. I’m sure she hasn’t learned anything and will probably get behind the wheel with more Jose Cuervo as soon as next weekend. She probably even blames the concrete abutment on the bridge for getting in her way, yea she was definitely not at-fault lol. I’m just happy these type of drunk-driving losers who can’t control their alcohol…just didn’t hurt or inflict damage on anyone else. Sure, the city will pay for the minor cost of padding up that concrete and she will pay for another DUI as well as medical expenses. Her car floor is a comedy scene: stained seats, multiple bottles, junk food and trash…just recklessness in its finest. I do hope she’s enjoying herself right now with the significant injuries with coupled with a mean hangover, haha.
