Carlsbad CA— The San Diego office of Colliers International announces the sale of a .25-acre land parcel located 2646 State Street, Carlsbad for $1,200,000.
Joe Brady of Colliers International represented the buyer, SDPB Holdings, LLC. Susan Stamp, an independent broker, represented the seller, Ganges Carlsbad, LP. The buyer plans to develop a mixed-use project on the site.
