The performance, in the Civic Center Library Community Rooms at 330 N. Coast Highway in Oceanside, will start promptly at 5:00 p.m.
Stripping away sets and costumes, Readers Theatre takes the audience on a powerful journey through the language of the playwright—allowing the viewer the opportunity to use imagination, in the same way that printed literature offers to a reader’s imagination. Performers bring the text to life, helping to support literary comprehension. Made into a film starring Nicole Kidman, Aaron Eckhart, and Dianne Wiest in 2010, Rabbit Hole explores how members of a family deal with loss and find hope, with both humor and sorrow.
