Workers’ Compensation Third Party Administration Services
Oceanside CA— The City of Oceanside invites the submission of proposals from qualified organizations to provide third-party Workers’ Compensation claims administration (TPA) for the City’s Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation Program. The TPA will assist the City’s Risk Management Division to maintain a cost-effective Workers’ Compensation program. Companies with demonstrated experience in this area, and with an interest in making their services available to the City, are invited to respond to this RFP.
The goal is to initiate Third-Party Administration (TPA) services effective July 1, 2016. The contract will commence July 1, 2016, for a period of one year, and at the option of the City, may be extended year-to-year for up to a total of five (5) years. If your firm is interested and qualified, please submit one (1) original and six (6) copies of your proposal.

All Proposals must be received by the City of Oceanside Risk Management Division Department by the 16th day of October, 2016, by 4:00 p.m.
