Amy McNamara, and Marc Posthumus of Colliers International represented the buyer, Sethi Family. The buyer plans to utilize the space as corporate offices for Sethi Management, a hotel, retail, and restaurant management company. Rushell & McGeever Family, L.P. was the seller.

The property is situated on a highly visible corner at the entrance of Towers at Bressi Ranch, a 280,000 square foot industrial/flex and office development located within the larger Bressi Ranch Corporate Center.
