Oceanside CA— The Oceanside Civitan Club is hosting their 10th Annual Invitational Bowl-a-thon on April 2nd, 2016 at the Vista Entertainment Center. This year, Civitan is again inviting other clubs and organizations to join them.
The price is $30 per person, or $120 for a team of 4, which includes your shoe rental, 2 lines of bowling and the Awards party. Registration starting time is 8:45 AM and bowling will begin at 9:30.
Please note that all pledges collected by your team members will stay with your own organization or any other organization you have chosen. The earlier you start collecting the more you will be able to earn.
The Bowl-a-thon will also serve as an outreach opportunity to meet other people in the community to let them know what you are doing. A table will be set up for your organization to put any club brochures, flyers, membership forms, etc.
The “awards” party after the Bowl-a-thon will also be open to those who have not bowled and can include your boosters, cheerleaders, supporters, maybe even a few hecklers, and family members. The price is $15 per person.
This is a great way to get a lot of different clubs and organizations together and have fun while earning funds.
