Oceanside CA— Oceanside Adventures, San Diego’s premier whale watching company, announces its one-year anniversary in beautiful Oceanside, Calif. On July 1, 2016, Oceanside Adventures will celebrate one year in business with a day full of exciting giveaways, adventures and more. All three whale-watching trips (noon, 2:30pm and 5:00pm) are two hours and will have a raffle, free stuffed whales for kids 12 and under and an anniversary cookie for each guest. In the first year, Oceanside Adventures has taken hundreds of families, couples, private parties and corporate event groups to witness more than 380 whales and 88,000 dolphins from its luxurious 50-foot catamaran. Operating year-round with daily trips from Oceanside Harbor, Oceanside Adventures’ whale watching experience includes knowledgeable and friendly captains and crew narrating along the way and identifying whale species like grays, blues, humpbacks, fin, killer and minke as they spy, hop, breach and fluke. Trips also typically include sightings of other marine life from large pods of dolphin to sea lions, seabirds and more.
“We have been truly welcomed and supported by this community, especially Visit Oceanside,” said Donna Kalez, General Manager of Oceanside Adventures. “It’s been a great first year and we look forward to many good years to come in Oceanside.”
