Encinitas CA— Deputies from the North Coastal Patrol Station responded to a call, shortly after 2:00am, June 27, 2016, to assist the fire department with a possible medical aid at 1475 Spanish Bay Court in the city of Encinitas.

When deputies arrived, fire department personnel were on scene performing life saving measures on an unidentified female adult, approximately 47 years-old.
