Carlsbad Brewfest Takes Flight In Holiday Park September 10, 2016

Third annual event offers over thirty local craft brewers highlighted with Music, Food & Games

Carlsbad CA— More than thirty craft brewers are coming together at this year’s third annual Carlsbad Brewfest Saturday, September 10, 2016 in Holiday Park. The co-­-host of San Diego’s longest running and most successful Oktoberfest, Carlsbad Hi-­-Noon Rotary Club, is inviting all San Diegans to join in on the fun and suds from breweries that crisscross the county, California, the United States and the Western World.

New Belgium Brewing has signed on as the major sponsor for the third year in a row. Along with New Belgium, The Belching Beaver, Stumblefoot, Firestone, Latitude 33, Booze Brothers, Barrel Harbor, Alpine Beer Company, Green Flash Brewery, Coronado Brewing Company, Langunitas Brewing Co., Duck Foot and more will present their tastiest brews to the Carlsbad crowd. More than 1000 attended last year’s Brewfest. Brewers and visitors alike gave glowing reviews of the festival’s offerings, accommodations and atmosphere. Music and games will complement the fun offered by brewers’ booths, and local restaurants will bring their best food items for sale.

Presale tickets are on sale now at a discounted rate before the price increases to $50 day of event. Special $10 non-­-drinking passes are available for designated drivers. Carlsbad Brewfest will be in Holiday Park -­- just off the 5 Freeway at the Carlsbad Village Drive exit -­- from 12:00 to 4:30pm Saturday, September 10, 2016. Parking available in the area and plenty of places to lock up your bike. Carlsbad Hi-­-Noon Rotary Club hosts the Carlsbad Brewfest. Proceeds benefit North County teens and Marines through scholarships to help further their educations, and other Rotary Charities. The Carlsbad Hi-­-Noon Rotary Club is perpetually dedicated to “Service Above Self”.
