Oceanside CA— Construction on the new downtown mixed use parking structure to be built on Lot 23 will start after Labor Day.
Come out, meet the Project Manager and hear the latest information on this project during an informational meeting, 5:30pm today, Tuesday August 30, 2016 at the Apotheque Succulent Cafe, 322 N. Cleveland Street in downtown Oceanside.
Lot 23 is the last of the free parking lots on Cleveland Street, between Mission and Civic Center Drive, to be developed. This mixed-use project would consist of a public parking structure that would contain approximately 325 parking spaces, 10,000 square feet of commercial space, and 40 residential units with an additional 80 dedicated underground parking spaces.
Monthly updates on this project along with other projects in downtown Oceanside are given during the monthly MainStreet Oceanside meetings held the first Tuesday of the month. The meetings which begin promptly at 8:30am and last one hour, are held in the MainStreet office, 701 Mission Avenue.
