San Diego County CA— CBRE Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Marc Frederick has joined the firm as a vice president. Mr. Frederick will be focusing on the sale of owner/user and investment properties in San Diego’s downtown and uptown submarkets.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Frederick worked at Colliers International, for more than 12 years. He was a member of the Colliers Private Client Investment team, specializing in the sale of owner/user and investment properties under $10 million. Mr. Frederick has brokered more than 200 sale and lease transactions valued at more than $130 million. In 2014, he was awarded, “Top Real Estate Deal of the Year”, in the category of office properties valued up to five million dollars, by the San Diego Business Journal.
Mr. Frederick previously was an associate at Booz Allen and Hamilton, where he provided program and financial management consulting services. He also served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army and graduated from Ranger School and Airborne (Parachute) School.

Mr. Frederick received a Master’s in Business Administration in Real Estate at San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of History at Chico State University. He is also an active member of NAIOP and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in San Diego.
