San Diego County CA— The North San Diego County Association of Realtors (NSDCAR) will host a three-day course on how to list and sell commercial and investment property from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, Jan. 17-19, at the NSDCAR office, 906 Sycamore Ave., Vista. Cost is $250 per person.
The Instructor is Michael Simpson, founder of the National Commercial Real Estate Association (NCREA) and broker-owner of KW Commercial of Long Beach, Calif. Discussion topics will include investment planning strategies, marketing tools for income-producing properties, calculating depreciation, key scripting and presentation tips, and refinancing rules.
The course is approved for 21 hours of continuing education credit by the California Association of Realtors. Attendees will earn certification as a Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist (CREIPS), as well as a certificate from NCREA.
