Retailer Grabs Space at Prominent Corner of Coast Highway and Mission Avenue
Oceanside CA— Cushman & Wakefield announced on Thursday that Wings Beachwear has leased 6,900 square feet at Ocean Place, a specialty retail center, located in downtown Oceanside, that is anchored by a 16-Plex Regal Cinema. The retailer will be positioned at the corner of Coast Highway and Mission Avenue, considered the most prominent intersection of downtown.
The center, which also features many popular restaurant operators and other retailers, is located 401 to 409 Mission Avenue and is owned by Ocean Place Retail VII, LLC. Chad Iafrate, CCIM, Phil Lyons, CCIM and Bruce Schiff, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield’s local Carlsbad (San Diego) office represented the landlord in the transaction.
Mr. Iafrate said, “Ocean Place is positioned in a superior retail location just a few blocks from the ocean and caters to both local residents as well as a strong tourist customer base.”
