Cushman & Wakefield Represents Tenant and Landlord in Transaction
Vista CA— JELD-WEN, one of the world’s largest door and window manufacturers, has signed a long term lease extension for 194,734-square-feet (sf) at the North County Corporate Center in Vista (San Diego), Calif. The Charlotte, NC-headquartered company is fully leasing two buildings within the prominent multi-building industrial center that is owned by Barings Real Estate Advisors. Aric Starck and Dennis Visser of Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office represented the landlord and Darren Morgan also of Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego office represented the tenant.
“We are thrilled that JELD-WEN, a great and respected tenant of the project, has re-committed to continuing its local manufacturing, design, production, and distribution operation at the North County Corporate Center here in San Diego,” said Mr. Starck. “This high grade, fully leased property represents an institutional quality industrial park set in one of the most desirable and fast-growing industrial markets in the region, North County. Its accessibility and convenience in the northern region has made it an ideal corporate headquarters and or distribution location for companies conducting business in San Diego as well as surrounding markets.”
JELD-WEN fully occupies the two buildings at 2760 and 2765 Progress St. The company has been a longstanding tenant of the North County Corporate Center for 15 years.
