Coastal Mixed-use Pacific Station Sells to RAF Pacifica Group

Encinitas CA— RAF Pacifica Group acquired the 39,000 SF retail portion of Pacific Station for $24 Million. That mixed-use development includes approximately 100,000 SF of residential, commercial and retail units located at SEQ of Coast Hwy 101 and E Street, Encinitas, California.

The Seller of the property was Loja Retail Partners; Matt Moser of Retail Insite represented both the Buyer and the Seller.
