Vista CA— The North San Diego County Association of Realtors (NSDCAR), a 5,000-member real estate trade group for San Diego-area realtors, will offer mediation training for realtors, brokers and office managers from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, April 25, at the NSDCAR Vista Service Center, 906 Sycamore Ave., Vista. All real estate professionals throughout San Diego County are invited to attend. Cost is $30 for NSDCAR members and $65 for nonmembers.
Topics covered will include how to handle disputes between realtors, buyers and sellers and strategies for dealing with difficult clients, as well as how to break down conflict issues and stay calm during stressful times.
The instructor will be Carolyn D’Agosta, a mediation trainer for the past 25 years. A real estate office owner and broker since 1975, D’Agosta has served as a California Association of Realtors (CAR) board member since 1974, and on numerous National Association of Realtors (NAR) committees since 1985.
