About MROC Training
MROC: Obstacle Course Training Center is the local authority for Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, and all things obstacles. Marine veteran, Mike Confer, and his wife Krista opened the gym in 2014 and have developed an innovative training program designed to transform you from a stressed out, overworked, and out of shape hot mess to a trailblazing, rope climbing, and fire jumping athlete. They offer Adult Group Fitness and Youth Warrior classes that deliver high-intensity, full-body workouts combining obstacles, weight training, and running in a fun, but challenging team environment.
