San Diego’s First-Ever Creative Ground-Up Mixed-Use Development, ‘lift’, Announces First Tenant

Ezoic Kicks-Off Tenancy at New Carlsbad Project Developed by RAF Pacifica Group

Carlsbad CA— lift, San Diego’s first-ever creative mixed-use ground-up development, has announced its first tenant. Ezoic, a leading artificial intelligence platform for publishers, pre-leased a total of 19,620 square feet (sf) at the brand new development in Carlsbad (North San Diego), California that is owned and currently being constructed by RAF Pacifica Group. Ezoic will occupy the entire second floor in Building A plus additional office space in Building B. Project delivery is expected in the second quarter of 2018.

Aric Starck of Cushman & Wakefield’s San Diego offices represented the landlord and Steven Field also of the firm’s local offices represented the tenant in the transaction.

Innovation for lift is further characterized by its open plan, high-end creative environment with brand new energy efficient buildings in a communal quad atmosphere. Upon completion, lift will consist of two Class A loft style buildings totaling 53,106 sf situated on a 4.43-acre site. 6023 Innovation Way (Building A) consists of two full floors of creative office space totaling 34,660 sf. 6021 Innovation Way (Building B) totals 18,446 sf, composed of 8,496 sf of ground floor restaurant space and 9,950 sf of second floor creative office space. The development will feature a multi-purpose lawn, outdoor BBQ areas, fire room lounge, outdoor meeting hubs, an amphitheater, plus rooftop decks topping both buildings, and planned for onsite high-end restaurants/eateries.
