Campirana Music fills the Concert Hall for this November’s First Wednesdays
Escondido CA— Experience the power of performance at First Wednesdays music series, a free community concert series that happens the first Wednesday of every month from September through June at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido.
For the month of November, First Wednesdays showcases Dueto Dos Rosas on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 starting at 6pm.
Dueto Dos Rosas is two sisters, Emily and Sheyla Rosas, who fell in love with campirana music and want to bring it back to popularity.
They sing every song with heart, and are proud of their roots and indigenous heritage.
Hailing from the village of San Martin Sabinillo in Oaxaca, Mexico, and based in San Marcos, California, the sisters are very proud of their heritage and want to share these beautiful songs from the soul with the world.
This time, they will be accompanied by a full band.
Tickets to the show are FREE and are handed out on a first-come, first-seated basis as you enter the venue. Doors open one hour prior to show time, and this year’s shows will be held in the Center’s Concert Hall starting at 6pm.
If you’d like to beat the line, reserved seats are also available for $12 ($10 for Center Members) and can be purchased below. Reserved seats must be purchased a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
