Valentine’s Day Specials Inspired by Amor

San Diego County CA— Serving up authentic Mexican fare with a Valentine’s Day twist, Diane Powers’ award-winning Bazaar del Mundo Restaurants – Casa Guadalajara, Casa de Pico, Casa de Bandini and Casa Sol y Mar – present amor-inspired menus with delicious dishes for Valentine’s Day weekend.

Each restaurant boasts a romantic ambiance with colorful Mexican paper flowers, piñatas and hand-painted artwork. Guests are able to request their favorite serenades from strolling Mariachis.

Casa de Bandini, The Forum Carlsbad (Carlsbad)
Dive in to a delicious three-course dinner for $29. Dishes include a Mexican Shrimp Ceviche appetizer; choice of entrée between Mariscos de Corazon, two large roasted peppers filled with sautéed shrimp and crab and topped with serrano chiles; Pollo Valentino, butterflied chicken breast broiled on an open flame and served with chipotle mashed potatoes and black beans; or Carne Asada Tampiqueña; plus a decadent Chocolate Flan dessert. Dinner wouldn’t be complete without the special Margarita Valentina, crafted with Casa Noble tequila, triple sec and sweet & sour blended with passion fruit puree; available for $9.95.
