McNamara brings 30-years’ experience to grow Urban Property Team’s North San Diego County leasing, sales and advisory services
San Diego CA— Colliers International San Diego Region announces that Amy McNamara has joined the firm’s Urban Property Team, further expanding the team’s established retail, office and mixed-use leasing, sales and advisory services across San Diego County.
“From Downtown to coastal North County San Diego, Colliers’ Urban Property Team members are neighborhood experts,” said Bill Shrader, Senior Vice President and leader of the Urban Property Team at Colliers International. “Amy will bolster our team’s ability to create, optimize, protect value in and forge the next generation of local, vibrant streetscapes on behalf of our clients, especially in North County.”
McNamara provides the Urban Property Team with her specialized experience in the sale and leasing of North County office, retail and mixed-use properties with Colliers International San Diego Region. With more than 30 years of experience in the private client capacity, McNamara will broaden the team’s reach into North County, while providing the superior client experience that sets the Urban Property Team apart.
“Joining the Urban Property Team further enhances my ability to provide the best brokerage experience possible to both existing and new clients,” said Amy McNamara, Vice President at Colliers International. “I’m proud to join the Urban Property Team members, each with unique skills and expertise, to continue the proven track record of success on behalf of our clients.”
The Urban Property Team represents owners, investors, developers, and tenants across San Diego County. Building upon a four-decade legacy of shaping San Diego’s urban, mixed-use experiences from North Park to Oceanside, Colliers’ Urban Property Team has closed lease and sales transactions valued at more than one billion dollars.
Recently, McNamara helped FABRIC, a neighborhood-oriented real estate investment company acquire an underutilized office and retail building in South Oceanside. FABRIC plans to transform the building into LAGOON, a vibrant experiential retail and creative office building with well-designed, turn-key spaces intended to attract small businesses, start-ups and micro-retailers.
“As a boutique firm investing in coastal and urban property and development sites, we exist in constantly evolving, highly competitive submarkets,” said Brendan Foote, Principal and Founder at FABRIC. “Amy’s relationship-based approach and expertise have produced exceptional results in support of FABRIC’s growth plans and we look forward to continued work with Amy and Colliers’ Urban Property Team.”
