Learn why sugar is the cause of numerous health issue and learn tips for getting unhooked. Angela R. Vittucci is an Integrative Functional Medicine Nutritionist R.D.N.

April 23: The American Diet (Laura Barish)

This class will discuss the American diet and how to improve physical and cognitive health with diet and supplements, as well as foods and chemicals to avoid in the home.

April 30: Today, Life Begins at 65 (Matthew G. Crisci)
