San Diego CA— Pardee Homes and celebrity designer Bobby Berk of Netflix’s hit series, “Queer Eye,” recently collaborated to create the stunning model interiors at the newly-opened neighborhood of Vista Santa Fe, located in the coveted community of Pacific Highlands Ranch. Bobby Berk designs featured at Vista Santa Fe include lavish fireplaces, marble kitchen countertops, lofty kitchen cabinets, walk-in pantries, prep kitchens and stacking doors that lead to generous outdoor living spaces and swimming pools with opulent views of Pacific Highlands Ranch.

Bobby Berk designs featured at Plan one includes a green kitchen island to accent wood grain wall cabinetry, a spacious walk in wine storage room, a spacious master bedroom that evokes comfort and tranquility.
Vista Santa Fe Plan Two is a two-story home which includes five bedrooms and five-and-a-half-bathrooms. The home also features a rooftop deck, second story retreat, three-bay garage and optional wine room. Unique designer elements, comforting earth tones and textures pair with the modern architecture of the space to create a truly eclectic and inviting environment.
Plan Three is a two-story home that offers four to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half-bathrooms, outdoor room, library and second story dual master suites. Bobby Berk’s work highlights a bold black kitchen with a marble waterfall countertop and backsplash featuring streams of white marble throughout and wood elements to warm up and balance the dark tones.
Bobby Berk developed an early interest in design while in New York City, where he worked at companies like Bed Bath & Beyond, Restoration Hardware and quickly rose through the ranks, achieving the position of Creative Director for Portico Home + Spa. Through his passion and keen eye for creativity and design, he started his own brand in 2006 which eventually led to his successful launch of interior design services focused on serving residential, commercial and hospitality industries in 2015. Bobby Berk’s style is often depicted as hip, urban luxury that fits any lifestyle, setting him apart from others in his field.
