Modern industrial center to provide more than 50,000 square feet of high-tech office, warehouse and creative space in North San Diego County
Carlsbad CA— Badiee Development began construction on Carlsbad Innovate, the firm’s latest industrial development located in the Carlsbad Oaks North Business Park in Carlsbad, CA. The freestanding building, which will provide 50,150 square feet of customizable high-tech office, warehouse and creative space, is slated for completion in Q1 2020.
“Carlsbad continues to be a hotspot for innovation and entrepreneurship,” said City of Carlsbad Mayor Matt Hall. “We are proud to welcome projects like Carlsbad Innovate that provide the forward-thinking space for established companies and start-ups alike to flourish in Carlsbad.”
With contemporary architecture, Carlsbad Innovate is built for the new way of working. The property design and amenities create an overall ambient work environment with large, open interiors filled with natural light. Carlsbad Innovate also includes outdoor and recreational amenities and panoramic views over Carlsbad.
“Carlsbad Innovate will help meet the growing demand for adaptive flex industrial spaces,” said Ben Badiee, Founder and CEO of Badiee Development Inc. “The opportunity to customize the space to fit unique needs like eliminating barriers between office and warehouse space will help companies enhance seamless integration between lines of business.”
Carlsbad Innovate is located on a 4.3-acre parcel at 2810 Caribou Court, Carlsbad, CA. Ted Cuthbert and Conor Boyle of Colliers International San Diego Region are handling leasing efforts for Carlsbad Innovate.
“Carlsbad Innovate provides the modern amenities and design of a creative office space with the utility of industrial building,” said Conor Boyle of Colliers International San Diego Region. “The space is well-suited for tenants in the design, prototyping, and engineering and software spaces, among many others.”
The start of construction on Carlsbad Innovate commences just as Badiee Development completed construction of its 77,725-square foot Keystone Innovation Industrial Park located in the Vista Business Park. Leasing efforts for this project are also being handled by Cuthbert and Boyle of Colliers International.
