SDG&E Notifies Rincon Government of Possible Power Shutdown

Rincon CA— SDG&E has notified the Rincon Government it is possible the power to the Rincon Reservation will be shutoff tonight, possibly as early as 12:00am.  The action of shutting off power to the reservation is part of a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) due to high winds and high fire danger.

If power is shutoff, the power might not be restored until sometime Friday if weather conditions permit.  The Rincon Government recommends you make plans for the loss of power from midnight tonight into Friday.
