Cushman & Wakefield Brings Prized Carlsbad Creative Campus ‘lift’ to Market for Sale

Carlsbad Asset Offered at $28.5 Million by RPG (formerly RAF Pacific Group)

Carlsbad CA— Cushman & Wakefield today announced the firm has been hired by RPG, formerly known as RAF Pacifica Group, to bring to market for sale lift, a 53,205-square-foot Class A creative campus in Carlsbad (San Diego), California. Constructed in 2019, lift is a mixed-use, office and retail project in the heart of San Diego’s North County—recognized as North County’s only ground-up mixed-use project. The asset is 96% occupied by two prominent companies and is being offered for sale for $28.5 million.

Aric Starck, Vice Chairman, and Drew Dodds, Associate, with Cushman & Wakefield’s Carlsbad office are leading the sales efforts. The firm’s Steven Hildebrand, Senior Director, and Ben Schwartz, Director, are also providing financial analysis and debt & equity financing services.
