Cushman & Wakefield Private Capital Group Reps Both Parties in Investment Sale
Rancho Santa Fe CA— Cushman & Wakefield announced today the firm has brokered the sale of a freestanding mixed-use office and retail building in Rancho Santa Fe (San Diego), California. The 3,064-square foot building is situated in the Village of Rancho Santa Fe at the corner of Avenida de Acacias and La Flecha. Millennium Trust Co. sold the property to an undisclosed buyer for approximately $3.2 million.
