“Like Arlene, Janice, and Sierra, I applaud Meyers Nave’s commitment to inclusion and diversity,” said Ms. Roten. “I am particularly enthusiastic about the respectful and supportive way the firm treats attorneys, its staff, and each other. This is extremely important to me.” Ms. Roten further commented on the value of working at a midsize law firm that covers the entire state of California. “Having talented colleagues in diverse practice areas and statewide assistance with trial and litigation is a real boon. I’m also happy to be joining a midsize firm that can provide the same highly personalized service our clients are used to receiving from us.”

Meyers Nave provides a statewide platform to help us serve the needs of our clients throughout California and increase the range of legal services we can offer our clients. Meyers Nave has demonstrated commitment to inclusion. This was a major factor in the merger and vital in the decision of my team to join me. We’re proud to join a firm where diversity is a core value and not just a slogan.”
