San Diego CA— CBRE announced that San Diego-based wealth management firm Westpac Wealth Partners has purchased an office property in Sorrento Mesa, San Diego for $6.88 million.
CBRE’s Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Bryan Johnson, Dick Balestri and Ryan Egli represented the seller, a joint venture between Harbor Associates and RMA, in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Marko Dragovic at Lee and Associates.
Located 5280 Carroll Canyon, the 32,830 square-foot property was originally built in 1980. The three-story building sits on a 1.9-acre lot and features 121 parking spaces. The site is located within three miles of the interchange between I-5 and I-805, connecting Sorrento Valley to the rest of San Diego County.
“This is a very well-located asset in a growing submarket,” said Pourcho.
