Teen Mental Health Awareness is this month and has been an important topic since the pandemic.  There has been a significant increase in children needing Behavioral Health services since the pandemic started.  There specifically has been a huge spike in anxiety related to online school and depression related to being isolated from friends, failure in school and limited activity.

Dr. Michael Krapes will be covering:

  • The importance of keeping your mental health in check.
  • How this pandemic impacted children.
  • How parents can keep tabs on their child’s mental health
  • Signs parents should be looking out for.
  • How to get the support you need.
