Thousands of Prizes Still Available, Next Early Bird Drawing Deadline is June 18
San Diego CA— While every participant in the 2021 Giving Back Raffle is guaranteed to win a prize, Gary Dishaw of Grand Terrace, CA is the first winner of the raffle’s early bird drawings providing him with the choice of one of three luxury prizes – a 2021 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe, a private guided tour for eight to witness the Northern Lights in Finland or $100,000 in cash.
Proceeds from the Giving Back Raffle support San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House, a “home away from home” for families with a hospitalized child, which provides more than 15,000 family members every year with services including lodging, meals, emotional support and a safe space to rest.
“Our mission to keep families together, no matter their circumstance, is more relevant than ever after this last year,” said Chuck Day, president and CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego. “We’re honored that so many supporters are choosing to participate in the Giving Back Raffle, bringing some much-needed relief to families experiencing a medical crisis.”
In addition to the first early bird drawing, Alex Higley of Encinitas, CA won a choice between a 2021 Volkswagen ID.4 All Electric SUV or $25,000 cash, as part of the first weekly add-on drawing.
Participants still have the opportunity to win thousands of prizes, including luxury cars, one-of-a kind experiences, high-end technology, cash and a grand prize guaranteed to be at least $1 million cash. Subject to a minimum number of ticket sales, the grand prize winner has the choice of up to $2.5 million or a multi-milliondollar luxury home nestled in the hills above the coastal city of Encinitas. Participants who purchase before June 18 will be eligible for the second early bird drawing, where the winner will choose between a 2021 Rivian R1T Electric Truck, a vacation for eight to Switzerland and Italy, or $50,000 cash.
