Vista CA— Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has represented the ownership of Alpha Industrial Properties in the long-term lease of a 155,069-square-foot Class A industrial building in Vista (San Diego), California. The tenant is M2 Ingredients, a leading producer of certified 100% organic, whole food mushroom powders.
Aric Starck and Brant Aberg with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Marko Dragovic, Tim Moore and Isaac Little with Lee & Associates.
It was announced by the tenant rep team that M2 Ingredients will use the new facility as the company’s corporate headquarters and main warehouse for the manufacturing and distribution of their whole food mushroom powders.
