Carlsbad Police Seek Witnesses in Hit and Run that Severely Injures 26-Year-old Female Pedestrian

Carlsbad CA— Late last night, July 30, 2021 at 11:06pm, City of Carlsbad Police Officers were called to College Boulevard at Salk Way for a hit-and-run traffic collision.

Arriving officers found a 26-year-old female with life-threatening injuries in the roadway.

On initial investigation, officers found the female was a pedestrian and had been hit by a vehicle.

The City of Carlsbad Fire Department responded and transported the female to a local area hospital.

Police investigators are gathering information about the collision and are looking for witnesses.
